Procurement Project Manager - Warwickshire

Procurement Project Manager - Supply Chain Consultancy.
A leading Procurement consultancy with a blue chip client base is looking to expand their current team with the addition of a Procurement Project manager with exceptionally strong indirect and project management experience to Manage projects within the West Midlands and potentially South East.

The Role
Reporting to the Client Director, You will be responsible for leading the process of producing the project resource plan, charter, stakeholder and milestone maps, cost base reduction plan and prospectus, and communicate these clearly to key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the client is managed and satisfied against stated deliverables.
You will work with the Project Analyst to ensure all information is set up accurately on @task, and lead weekly Project team meeting to monitor and review project progress whilst making and recording adjustments as the project progresses.
Working with the Client Director and Client Project sponsor, you will agree and manage the Project communications programme. This will be done through planning and informing the Category leadership team of key working party meetings as appropriate.
Maintain a professional audit trail of financial reporting and agreements with clients and, where appropriate, suppliers throughout a project. Communicate all financial aspects of the Project plan clearly to the Financial Controller and Client Director. You will be financial astute and able to work with the Commercial accountant to manage and maintain agreed return on investment targets through careful management of resource versus anticipated project income.
The role involves the Management of all projects within agreed timescales in line with our clients brand standards and values, thereby delivering best quality and enhancing their reputation in the market place.
Successful sign off of projects will include obtaining client testimonials and feeding results of the project back to Marketing to enable insight to be used for case study.
The Individual
You will be Degree Qualified, hold CIPS to a minimum of level 4 and have a proven track record of making impressive savings across a variety of indirect categories.
Your experience will be from within a Blue-chip environment (5 years experience), well presented with a keen sense of humor and be able to work on your own initiative within a team environment, while inspiring confidence and coaching team members where required.

The Terms
The remuneration package is in the region of 45,000 - 65,000 + 10% Car Allowance + 12% Pension + Medical & Life Insurance and up to 30% Bonus
